Tap Shoes

"Intro to Tap"

Where:  The Naples Players

Location: Naples United Church of Christ; 5200 Crayton Rd. Naples FL 34103

Time:  11:30AM - 12:30PM 

When:  Jan. 23- March 5, 2024 (Tuesdays)

Cost:  $100 

This beginner class is designed for students that have little or no experience.  Students will learn fundamental tap technique, coordination, develop a sense of rhythm, timing & self-expression.

Class includes warm-up, center tap exercises and small tap combinations

"Intro to Jazz"

Where:  The Naples Players

Location: Naples United Church of Christ; 5200 Crayton Rd. Naples FL 34103

Time:  10:30AM - 11:30AM 

When:  Jan. 23, - March 5, 2024 (Tuesdays)

Cost:  $100 

This beginner class is designed to introduce students to basic jazz terminology and technique while helping to build seft-confidence and improve coordination.  Class includes warm-up isolations; Across the floor progressions and dance choreography! Come join the fun!

"Tap for the Advanced Beginner"
 

Where:  The Naples Players

Location: Naples United Church of Christ; 5200 Crayton Rd. Naples FL 34103

Time:  9:30AM - 10:30AM 

When:  Jan. 23- March 5, 2024 (Tuesdays)

Cost:  $100 

This class is designed for students who have basic tap experience.

At this level, students will work on increasing speed and

coordination in their footwork. More intricate tap steps

and combinations will be introduced.

Chair Barre

This Barre(less) class is ideal for students with limited mobility, those looking for a seated workout option, or recovering from an injury. 

Class works on range of motion, balance, posture, grace, flexibility, strength and mobility.

Suggested props for class:

yoga strap

 1lb-2lb dumbbells

 small pilates ball. CHAIR!

Chair Yoga

This yoga class is a gentle 

practice where postures are 

performed in a chair. 

Chair yoga helps to increase 

flexibility, mobility, strength and body awareness.

This class is a great option for beginner students looking for a very gentle class; senior students, and students with physical disabilities.
