My outlook and approach on personal health leads with a Mind-Body Wellness connection.
As a dancer, the mind-body connection has always been an important factor of self expression.
Dance has always been a form of expressive therapy for me because the correlation between movement and emotion. Some find a similar feeling with yoga practice, Tai Chi and other forms of movement meditation. A healthy body enhances a healthy mind!
Through Mind-Body connection, our thoughts and emotions play a central role in all aspects of our health.
Balance is not something you find, it is something you create.
Prior to launching my online Wellness and Fitness studio, I have worked for the past 25+ years in the Arts as a Dancer, Instructor, Dance Studio owner and Choreographer for Theatre.
When theaters and dance studios closed during lockdown in 2020, I had to quickly pivot and begin streaming my classes online. What I didn't realize when I first began virtual teaching, was how many people I would be able to teach, globally!!
I love how convenient it is for students to take my classes online- either LIVE streams OR choosing a class from my video library!
People are busy and time is precious, so being able to take a class at your leisure is awesome!
I love having a virtual studio and being able to share, connect and teach so many people that I normally wouldn't have the opportunity to.
My mission is to share my knowledge and passion of the Art of dance, fitness and wellness with my students. It gives me so much joy to help motivate, inspire and empower others!
