Service Description
My barre class is a blend of the traditional ballet conditioning & dance strengthening movements that I have done for years with my students... fused with original barre method exercises that I was first introduced to back in the 90's in NY. This total body workout combines low impact exercises at high repetitions - while focusing on breath connection. Toning the Legs, Core, Arms and Glutes! AND always including a lengthy, lovely stretch session at the end of every class! Come try a class and see why Barre workouts are so effective! 💫 A sturdy chair or countertop (or barre) is needed for classes as well as a yoga mat and 1-3lb pair of dumbbells. * long resistance band or yoga strap can be used for cool down stretch. See you at the Barre! ;) *Minimum of 2 students required to run class*

For cancellation of group classes, please contact Instructor within 2 hours of class start time to cancel. For private lessons, at least 24 hour notice (email/text) to Instructor is required for cancellation for refund.
