Service Description
My most popular class, "Barre Sculpt", is returning to the weekly virtual class schedule! This class is inspired by the original Lotte Berk Technique (the creator of Barre!) With elements of ballet conditioning, low impact cardio, yoga and Pilates, this class will help to improve your flexibility, mobility and strength. *Light weights and various props (*see list below) are used to enhance lower body & core exercises. (every class is different in some way!) A total body conditioning class that works your body, mind and soul! **Please note: not ALL props are used in every class! Great to have the first 4 listed below on hand for every class! PROPS: - Yoga mat & Sturdy surface (chair, countertop or barre!) -Pilates ball (7-9 inches) OR rolled hand towel. - Light set of dumbbells (1-3lbs) -Yoga strap or long resistance band (can also use a long belt\ scarf) *this is used for our stretch. ---Small light/medium resistance loop bands (mini bands) ---Yoga block (optional) *Minimum of 2 students required to run class*

Cancellation Policy
For cancellation of group classes, please contact Instructor within 2 hours of class start time to cancel. For private lessons, at least 24 hour notice (email/text) to Instructor is required for cancellation for refund.
