In this program, you will develop a daily healthy routine to help support your fitness/health goals. The 14-day "Summer Reform" program consists of short daily mat based classes - I have curated this 14-day program to challenge you, motivate you and inspire you! Daily classes will include exercises based on principles of Joseph Pilates classical mat and origional Barre method techinque of Lotte Berk as well as dance conditioning movements that I have been teaching for over 25+ years! A two week program is a perfect amount of time to commit to a new routine and begin to notice healthy changes and habits. A short term commitment that you can do on your OWN time. I have designed this program in a daily format to target a specific muscle group each day. *Including a stretch day. At the end of this program, I want you to feel strong, energized, inspired, motivated and proud of yourself! I can’t wait to move with you! Remember, consistency is key! Equipment required: Yoga mat or a soft surface. Props to have on hand for class: - Long Yoga Strap or Long (stretchy) resistance band. - Small stability ball (7"-9") Please note, there are many household items that you can swap in for the props listed above!
